Lallies

I just wanted to share Maya's new knowledge of plurals. I have noticed recently she has been saying "boats" when she sees boats on the river from our balcony. I wasn't sure if she was really using plurals or had just changed the word "boat" to "boats" for some reason.

This evening, she picked up two of her Lallas (she has three now and likes to carry several around at once). Anyway, she picked up two Lallas, rubbed them on her face and wistfully said: "Ah, Lallies."

On another note, both Maya and I have annoying head colds. I hope we will get better before the weekend.
